Production
Each artwork is crafted to order with exceptional care. Production times vary depending on each medium.

• Paper: 2-4 business days
• Metal: 5-7 business days
• Giclée Canvas: 7-10 business days

Shipping & Tracking
Each artwork is secured in protective packaging and shipped via FedEx. Shipping takes 1-5 days depending on your distance from California. An email will be sent with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is created specifically for you, all sales are considered final once production begins. I encourage you to review your details carefully before placing your order.

Damages
In the rare event your artwork arrives compromised, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the packaging
• Photographs of the artwork itself

Once verified, a replacement will be arranged promptly at no cost to you.

Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the artwork typically moves into production, and cancellations are no longer possible. If a timing concern arises, I will always do my best to assist.
